Only a few days left until our distributor meeting. We look forward to the coming together of our partners and a fruitful exchange of ideas. As promised, we are sending you the updated information for your travel preparation:

Hotel Accommodation
You will be accommodated in the hotel „Holiday Inn“ in Lübeck.
Please read the enclosed sheet for any further information on your hotel accommodation.

Monday 18th Sept: Arrival day
Most of our guests will arrive on Monday in the afternoon. If you arrive later than planned, please join us for dinner in the hotel. It has been scheduled to begin at 19.00 hrs but we would be pleased if you joined us also after that point of time. You will find us either in the restaurant or later in the bar of the hotel.

Transfer Hotel – Mankenberg
On Tuesday (19th Sept.) and Wednesday (20th Sept.), Mankenberg arranges for pick-up of the guests at the hotel in the morning and takes the guests back to the hotel in the evening. Please be in the hotel lobby in the morning by 08.00 hrs and then board the bus.

Dress code
In fact: there is none! We will be dressed casually and hope that you will do so, too.

Taxi Service
Past experience has shown that it is too demanding to coordinate the transfer from Hamburg to Luebeck for every participant. Therefore, you can find useful taxi numbers on the enclosed sheet.

Sailing Trip
For Wednesday 20th Sept. in the afternoon we have arranged a sailing trip in the Bay of Lübeck. At this stage, the weather forecast may not be indicative, but we recommend to all those who will take part in the sailing trip to bring weatherproof clothing.

Agenda
There have been some minor changes in the agenda, since we last sent it to you. Please use the enclosed version because it has been updated.
